BAD MOON RISING

This is Shanna’s second appearance in the Ruby Room Series. She is thrilled to be hosting again! She is an actor and musician who has appeared in many productions throughout Kansas City: Once, Between the Lines, Side by Side by Sondheim, The Diary of Anne Frank, Sunday in the Park with George, Stillwater, Hair: Retrospection, Santaland Diaries, A Christmas Carol (all at Kansas City Repertory Theatre); Charlie And The Chocolate Factory (The Coterie) Freaky Friday, Nunsense, Bridesmaids, Mama Mia, Sister Act (New Theatre & Restaurant); Next To Normal (Kansas Repertory Theatre). Jake, a Kansas City native, is so excited to return to the Ruby Room, and to perform the music of CCR. With a deep passion for theatre and music, he is excited to be back on stage and looks forward to becoming even more involved in the Kansas City theatre scene. Spending five years as a Live Entertainment Performer at Worlds of Fun is where he developed a love for music revues. Some of his favorite past credits include: Link in Hairspray, Rocky in Rocky Horror Picture Show, and his role in the Kansas City Premier of Sunset Boulevard.
