On Broadway & New York City

September 17th – 21st, 2025

with George Harter

Wednesday, September 17:
Arrive this afternoon in New York City. George will book your airfare for you. Transportation will be provided to THE CORNELL CLUB on 44th Street, just off FIFTH AVENUE.

This evening there will be a get-acquainted cocktail & dinner with wine at SARDI’S, the famous theater haunt on 44th Street. Few places capture Broadway & old New York like SARDI’S.

Thursday, September 18:
A full breakfast is included each morning of your stay at the Cornell Club. At 10 AM George will conduct a Broadway History walking tour through the Theater District.

Our first of THREE Broadway theater outings will feature six-time Tony winner Audra McDonald as Mamma Rose in the 1958 classic GYPSY.

Friday, September 19:
Today is left free for you to enjoy New York in your own way; museums, shopping, a favorite restaurant, Central Park or the Highline, or take the water tour of the New York Skyline.

An optional 90 minute BOB DYLAN walking tour of GREENWICH VILLAGE will be offered this morning.

Tonight, our second Broadway Theater will be the VERY POPULAR new show: JUST IN TIME, the Bobby Darin musical.

Saturday, September 20:
Today is free for sightseeing and to enjoy all of New York City your own way. There is time today to see a Broadway matinee of your choice. George can get your tickets (not included in the trip cost).

Our final dinner party will be at CAFE UN DEUX TROIS the lively French venue on 44th Street popular with Broadway performers & the pre-theater crowd. Cocktail & wine included with a three-course pre-theater dinner.

Tonight, our last Broadway Theater outing is DEATH BECOMES HER, the new comedy destined to be the next ‘must see’ ticket.

Sunday, September 21:
Enjoy your leisurely New York Sunday morning. Transportation will be provided to the airport for afternoon flights home.
