MTH’s annual benefit extravaganza is an unforgettable experience. It’s more than just a night of cocktails and food; it’s a chance to come together and celebrate and support MTH and our community. Join the fun and make a difference at MTH’s annual benefit extravaganza — it’s a night to remember!
This is how we do it
6:30pm
Imbibe in our curated cocktails and culinary food stations while you mix, mingle, and enjoy the bubble themed lobby installations. Also, promenade around and be entertained by our 3 unique lobby performances
7:30pm
Make your way into the Grand Theater and prepare yourself for an electric show of your favorite Disco hits.
8:30pm
Ayyyeee! It’s your turn now to dance the night away as the band plays an extended set of disco hits sure to make you shake shake shake — shake shake shake — shake your booty!
Music Theater Heritage is a nonprofit organization that, in addition to outstanding productions, strives to provide KC kids with meaningful musical theater educational experiences.

Individual Sponsorship Levels
Supporter Sponsorship ~ $500
At the Supporter level, you’ll receive two tickets to Bubbles & Broadway in the center section and will be listed as an MTH Hero on-screen during the event. We will say cheers to you with two complimentary cocktails at the MTH event of your choice in 2024.
Advocate Sponsorship ~ $1,500
At the Advocate level, you will receive everything in the Supporter level: two drink tickets to use at any MTH event in 2024 and two center-section seats to Bubbles & Broadway.
Additionally, you’ll be listed as an Advocate Sponsor in our playbill and on-screen during the event. We will also send you home with your choice of two MTH t-shirts or sweatshirts or 2 MTH wine tumblers– or you can mix & match!
Community-Builder Sponsorship ~ $2,500
At the Community-Builder level, you will receive everything included in the Advocate and Supporter levels: two drink tickets to use at any MTH event in 2024, and your choice of two t-shirts or sweatshirts or you can have one of each!
Additionally, you’ll be listed as Community-Builder Sponsor in our playbill and on-screen during the event. You will also receive 2 MTH wine tumblers, and your event tickets will be upgraded to two cabaret table seats with bottle service included!
Champion Sponsorship ~ $5,000 (only 3 available)
At the Champion level, you will receive everything included in the above levels: four drink tickets that you can use at any MTH event in 2024, two MTH wine tumblers, and two MTH t-shirts, sweatshirts, or one of each!
Additionally, you’ll be listed as a Champion level Sponsor in our playbill and on-screen during the event. You’ll receive an additional cabaret table (for a total of 4 front-row seats) with bottle service and a personal shout-out from the stage from Artistic Director, Tim Scott to say “Thank you”!
Guardian Sponsorship ~ $10,000 (only 2 available)
At the Guardian level, you will receive eight drink tickets that you can use at any MTH event in 2024, four MTH wine tumblers, and four MTH t-shirts or sweatshirts. You’ll receive 2 cabaret tables (for a total of 4 front-row seats) with bottle service and a personal shout-out from the stage from Artistic Director, Tim Scott to say “Thank you”!
Additionally, you’ll be listed as a Guardian level Sponsor in our playbill, on-screen, and from the stage during the event. This is the highest honor our event sponsors can receive.
Can’t join us on May 11th but still want to support MTH in our fundraiser?
Make a donation of $100 or more, and we will list you as an MTH Hero on screen during the event.
