Grand Theater

Main Stage

Renting our Main Stage offers a thrust stage with large, comfortable movie theater style seating for 240 guests. It’s a perfect, unique, and versatile rental for weddings, ceremonies, presentations, concerts, voice and instrumental recitals, dance recitals and productions, and full scale theater productions! This rental is perfect for almost anything.
Ruby Room
130 Seats
The Ruby Room is an elegant, one-of-a-kind space specifically designed for intimate cabaret and concerts. The room seats 130 in large, comfortable movie theater-style seating and is furnished with a full professional lighting and sound system. There is no better room in Kansas City for your cabaret, concert, lecture, or recital.
The Studio
Capacity: approx. 100
Our brand new Studio accommodates up to 100 guests. This rental space is perfect for rehearsals, dance, voice, and instrumental recitals, screenings, presentations and lectures. Complete with mirrors, a comfortable seating area, a film screen, and professional sprung floors, the studio fits a wide range of needs and events. Add our chair package to create a unique experience for a screening or presentation!
Rent the entire venue
We have housed such events as KCPL conferences, the Dev Ops conference, and the Executive Folk Alliance conference. Rent the entire space, and we can provide you with catering, full bar service, three different presentation or performance spaces, and enough space to hold and spread out over 400 people.
