MTH’s annual, one-night-only extravaganza is an unforgettable experience for Broadway musical lovers. It’s more than just a night of cocktails and food; it’s a chance to come together to celebrate and support our community and Broadway musicals, locally made right here in Kansas City. Featuring tunes from shows paying on Broadway RIGHT NOW ~ Hadestown, Hamilton, Hell’s Kitchen, The Outsiders, Wicked, and more! PLUS… you’ll find several of Broadway’s MOST ICONIC characters promenading the lobby to meet, greet, and take pics with you! Join the fun and make a difference at MTH’s annual extravaganza — it’s a night to remember!
This is how we do it
6:30pm
Everything is included in your ticket: imbibe in our curated cocktails and culinary food stations while you mix, mingle, and enjoy the Broadway bubble themed lobby. Also, promenade around and meet your favorite Broadway characters strolling through about! This is also your chance to place your bids in our silent auction featuring items that can only be found at MTH!
7:45pm
Grab another glass of bubbles and make your way into the Grand Theater to prepare yourself for an electric show featuring music from shows playing on Broadway RIGHT NOW! Hadestown, Hamilton, The Outsiders, Moulin Rouge and more! Plus, we have a few more surprises for you in our exclusive Live Auction!
8:45pm
Ayyyeee! It’s your turn to be in the room where it happens and dance the night away as we conclude our show and continue the celebration with a Broadway style dance party featuring YOU dancing the night away.
Music Theater Heritage is a nonprofit organization that, in addition to outstanding productions, strives to provide KC kids with meaningful musical theater educational experiences.

At the Shining Supporter level, you’ll receive four tickets to Bubbles & Broadway in the center section and will be recognized on-screen during the event and in all print materials.
Bronze Melody ~ $2,500
At the Bronze Melody level, you’ll receive six center section tickets OR two seats at VIP cabaret tables at Bubbles & Broadway, and will be recognized on-screen during the event and in all print materials.
Additionally, your name or company logo will be included in all Bubbles & Broadway related website content.
Silver Encore ~ $5,000
At the Silver Encore level, you’ll receive eight center section tickets OR four seats at VIP cabaret tables at Bubbles & Broadway, and will be recognized on-screen during the event and in all print materials.
Additionally, your name or company logo will be included in all Bubbles & Broadway promotional and day-of event related materials and all Bubbles & Broadway related website content.

Golden Spotlight ~ $7,500 (limited number available)
At the Golden Spotlight level, you’ll receive twelve center section tickets OR six seats at VIP cabaret tables at Bubbles & Broadway, and will be recognized from the stage by our Chief Executive, Tim Scott, as well as on-screen during the event and in all print materials.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to share pre-recorded video message during the Bubbles & Broadway preshow. Your name or company logo will be included in all Bubbles & Broadway promotional and day-of event related materials and all Bubbles & Broadway related website content.
If applicable, your company website and/or social media channels will also be featured on our website as well as in email marketing sent to our list of 25,000.
Platinum Patron ~ $15,000 (only 1 available)
At the Platinum Patron level, you’ll receive twenty center section tickets OR ten seats at VIP cabaret tables at Bubbles & Broadway.
Your name or company will be featured just below the title on every marketing piece.

You will be recognized from the stage by our Chief Executive, Tim Scott, and will have a one-minute speaking opportunity and/or video placement during Bubbles & Broadway event.
Additionally, your name or company logo will be included in all Bubbles & Broadway promotional and day-of event related materials and all Bubbles & Broadway related website content, as well as in a footer logo spot in all Bubbles & Broadway related emails.
